MINISTER’S POWERS (Reed. SeDt. G, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 5. The House of Lords passed the National Registration Bill. The Control of Employment Bill just published •empowers the Minister of Labour, Mr. -Ernest Brown, to order employers mot to engage or re-engage employees without the Minister’s consent.
