TORPEDOED ATHENIA WOMEN NOT REPORTED (Reed. Sept. 7, 1.30 0.m.) LONDON, Sent. 0. It is officially stated that among the survivors of the torpedoed British liner Athcnia, who were landed at Galway, is Mrs. Claire E. Parker, New Zealand, and Mr. C. Tomlinson, Wellington. There is no news ol' the whereabouts of his wife, Mrs. Tomlinson. The owners of the vessel announced that Miss A. B. Fletcher, Dunedin, was also a passenger. The list compiled by the Irish Government of those rescued by the Knud Nelson and landed at Galway numbers over 350. The Canadian Government is taking full charge of the Canadian survivors and is doing its utmost to alleviate their condition.
