Professor Von Klein Smid made the awards. * * * * EMPLOYEES of a Hollywood film ; company searched the country’s museums and libraries for a copy of a 1,914 Belgian newspaper announcing the declaration of war. One was finally found in the private library of former President Herbert Hoover. He has loaned it to the studio, and it will appear in a scene in “Nurse Edith Cavbll,” the story, of the famous English nurse which stars .Anna Neagle.
