A request for attention to be given to a drain in Crawford road was made to the Gisborne Borough Council last n sht hv Mr. W. Barnfather, who stated that the water from drain was doing so. much damage that his house had settled down lOin. at one point. The matter was referred to the borough engineer. Mr. E. R. Thomas.
