MOBILISATION EFFECTED CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (Reed. Sept. 6, 10 a.m.) APIA, -Sept. 4. Co receipt of the New Zealand declaration of war on Germany, the local defence force was mobilised and steps were taken to intern some enemy nationals. Emergency regulations have been issued stabilising food prices and controlling petrol and oil fuel supplies.
