GERMAN CONSUL IN N.Z. PROTECTION ASSURED (Special to tho ITerald.) WELLINGTON, this day. The German Consul, Herr E. Ramm, has (been handed his passport. This announcement was made yesterday by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, who said an official call had been made on Herr Ramm in the morning and the farmalities pending Herr Hamm’s departure from New Zealand had been completed. The Minister added that Herr Ramm had been informed that his interests would be protected until his departure.
