The Doom correspondent of U Associated Press of America states tha. the ex-Kaiser is following the progre of the war in Europe before a gigantic map of Poland hanging in the green hall. He is methodically placing little coloured pins to indicate army posi-
tions. While the British Prime Minister, Mr. .Neville Chamberlain, war making his declaration that a state of war existed between Britain and Germany, the ex-Kaiser sat hunched before his radio set. He was onp of the few Germans a'ble to listen to the momentous decision without fear of the decree foilbidding listening to foreign stations ca pain of imprisonment or death.
