Daladier, Premier of France, in a broadcast, said that Poland since September 1 had been the victim of a “most brutal and sinister type of aggression.” The Premier said that the responsibility for* war rested wholly upon Herr Hitler’s shoulders. The correspondent of the United Press of America at Cristobal, Panama Canal zone, states that a Dutch steamer reported that four German submarines are fueling at Curacao, Dutch West Indies.
