"License-holders are required to surrender their licenses forthwith, and to dismantle their stations in order to render them incapable of emitting radio signals," Mr. Jones said. "Any license-holder who fails to comply with the regulations is liable, on conviction, to a fine of £SOO, and a fine may also ‘be levied on any licenseholder who does not surrender his license to the Director-General cf the General Post Office.
