TREATY RATIFIED
GERMANY AND RUSSIA BERLIN ANNOUNCEMENT NEW MISSION EXPECTED SOVIET ARMY OFFICERS (Reed. Sept. 1, 3 p.m.) LONDON. Aug. 31. Following to-day's report from Moscow that the Supreme Soviet Parliament had unanimously ratified the Russo-German pact of . non-aggres-.sion. a message from Berlin states that Germany has also ratified the agreement.
German reports state that a Russian military mission is expected to arrive in Berlin under a Russian general. The mission is composed of high staff otliccrs of the Soviet Army.
