LOSS OF 12 LIVES PLUNGE INTO MEUSE (Elec. Tel. Copyiifilil—Unilcil Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 2,0 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Sept. 1. A railway bridge at Liege was struck by lightning and collapsed as the Cologne express was crossing. The train and passengers and soldiers guarding the bridge were plunged into the river Meuse. Twelve persons were killed and many were injured.
