WARLIKE PREPARATIONS REGISTRATION OF DOCTORS (Reed. Sept. 1, noon.) BUCHAREST, Aug. 31. Further reservist have been called up. Passaager traffic on ,the Danube has ceased, Germany having chartered the majority of Rumania’s tonnage at abnormal rates. Petrol prices are soaring. All doctors have been registered with the military, and all stocks of medicine registered.
