Barrett to be air officer commanding the air forces in India,' succeeding Air Marshal Sir Phillip Joubert de la Forte: Air Vice-Marshal A. G. ft. Gar rod to Ibc commander of the Royal Air Force Staff College, succeeding Air Marshal Barratt.
