CHILDREN’S PARTY

A jolly evening arranged by those parents who had children home for the term 'holidays was held in the Bartletts staff bach on Wednesday evening.

The first part of the evening was devoted) to m'obopfy,, which proved very popular with the young folk. Later ping-pong and other appropriate games were played. One table each of bridge, mah jong and monopoly provided entertainment for those adults present. A delicious home-made supper provided a pleasant break during the evening.

Among those present were Mrs. King, 'Barbara and Robert; Mrs. Bell, Pauline and 1 David; Mrs. Fouhy, June and Mercia and guest, Miss Margaret McCallum; Mrs. cianachan and Joyce; Mrs. Clung and Pat; Mrs. Briffault, Joan and' Marie, and their guest, Miss Nola Duthte; Mrs. E. Smifh and her brother, Reece Hopkinson; Berate Hewson and Jena Colbert; Mrs. F. Mulligan; Mrs. J. French; and Miss Todd.
