PROGRESS TO SHORE WTTTTIN FOUR MILES (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.15 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. '3O. The hull of tlie wrecked submarine, H.M.S. Thetis, which was twice again successfully lifted on the tide, now in shallower water about three and a half miles offshore. Further lifts will be made on each tide, but as the seabottom shelves more towards the shore, the distance covered on each tide will be less.
