DERIDED IN BERLIN
BRITISH OPINIONS SURPRISE PENDING ('Reed. Aug. 31, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 30. The Berlin paper Lokal Anzeiger derides British references to the nonratification of the .Russo-German pact and points out that the pact already is enforced and that Russia and Germany are determined to solve their problems together Iby co-operation in both countries.
The paper adds that the result of the Moscow talks will go so far that it will astonish people shortly.
