£3OOO JEWELS LOST
DOVER, July G. The loss of a dressing-case containing jewellery said to be worth about £3OOO has been reported at Dover marine station. The case was brought over from Boulogne by Mrs. E. Wagner, an American who arrived at Dover on Sunday night. It is said to have been missed between the Customs hall and the boat train on which the woman travelled to London after reporting the loss.
