(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. When the House of Representatives met at 2.30 p.m. yesterday, Mr. H. S. S. Kyle. (Nat., Riccarton) gave notice t-o ask the acting Prime Minister whether his attention had been drawn to disloyal Communist * li tera ture being circulated in the country at present, especially a pamphlet entitled “Soviet Union is Right,’’ and if so, what steps the Government intended to take in the matter.
I The deputy leader of the House, the 1 Hon. P. Fraser, said he could reply to the question ofl-hand. His attention had not been drawn to such literature, but if it were he would give consideration to what steps the Government should take in the interests of the country.
