HUNGARY’S PROPOSALS

The Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says it is officially announced that the Hungarian Government has countered the refusal of a nonaggression pact with Rumania with a proposal for a treaty guaranteeing the rights of minorities.
