The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press says that at the joint meeting of the Supreme Council of the Soviet Union and the Council of Nationalities to-night it was revealed that neither the Rus-,sian-German non-aggression pact, nor the military service law would be discussed, pending developments in the European situation.
