DIVIDENDS DECLARED

WELLINGTON, this day. The directors of Kempthorne, Prosser recommend an interim dividend of 31 per cent payable on September 20.
Woolworths, Limited have declared a half-yearly dividend of 0 per cent on ordinary shares payable on October 15.
Woolworths (New Zealand) have declared a half-yearly dividend of 9 per cent in preference share capital, payable on October 15.
