New Wharf at Napier.

Little more than a year after the first span of the superstructure was poured the last of the concrete for the new 750 ft. E wharf was laid by the chairman of the Napier Harbour Board, Mr. T. M. Geddis, in an official ceremony at the Napier breakwater on Friday. Only minor additions remain to be made, and it is expected that the first overseas vessel will berth at the new wharf in a few weeks.
