CHRISTCHURCH BLOCK FIRST IN DOMINION (Per Pn »ss Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The first project of its kind in the Dominion, a city council block of oldage pensioners' houses, adjoining the Sydenham Park, was officially opened by the Mayor, Mr. R. M. MacFarlane. ‘The flats are let at 12s a double unit and 10s a single unit, which will meet all costs.
