ENGLAND TO CANADA

(Reed. August 28, 9 a.m.) MONTREAL, August 26

Cable companies in Montreal were notified yesterday that a censorship would be imposed in England as from 11 a.m., G.M.T. to-day, Saturday. The censorship is to be imposed on all messages between Britain and Canada. Only undisguised words m the English and French languages will be transmitted. Th e censors are operating only at the English end.
