NEW YUGOSLAV CABINET
SERB-CROAT UNION
SELF-GOVERNMENT RIGHT
(Reed. Aug. 28, 9 a.m.) BELGRADE, Aug. 27,
A new Yoguslav-Government has been formed uniting the Serbs and Croats. M. Matchek is the Vice-Pre-mier, and M. Cincar-Markovitch Foreign Minister. The new Government consists of 11 Serbs, five Croats, one Slovenian, and one Bosnian.
The first act of the new Cabinet will be to dissolve the Skupshtina and Senate and create a united Croat province, giving the Croats self-govern-ment.
