Stated by Mr. A. P. Blair, on behalf of the Cook County Council, to have allowed stodc to graze in Tyndall road, Kaiti, William Magnussen appeared before Messrs. Myles Doyle and J. Elliston, f.Ps., in the Police Court this mornir.g. It was stated by the county range! that several complaints had been received concerning stock wandering h this road.
