LONDON, July J. Germany is storing food on a large scale and on a new system. A rotating system has been evolved. Stored goods are released for consumption as soon as fresh goods come into stock. Housewives are, therefore, having difficulty in obtaining foods which have not spent at least some time in a refrigerator or storage room.
