PIG PRICES IMPROVE

Improved prices ruled in the pig section at the Matawhero stock sale last week, and the keenness with which the Offerings were snapped up indicate that large numbers are required.

The yarding totalled about 100, the quality being' good. Competition was very keen at the higher rates ruling.
