REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY MATCH IN OPOTIKI Due to illness and injuries sufTered by some of the [players, several changes have been made in the Poverty Bay Rugby team which is to travel'to Opotiki this evening to play the Bay of Plenty fifteen to-morrow. The players unavailable are W. Johnstone and C. McGrannichan in the forwards and T. Scholium, full-back, and W. Hoy, centre-three-quarter, in the back division. The team is now announced as follows: — Backs. —B. Malone (Celtic); A. Read (Old Boys), A. McAnenev (Celtic), R. Short (H. 5.0.8.): T. Smiler (Marist), P. Haisman (Old Boys); W. Morrison (H. 5.0.8.). Forwards. —G. King (Waikohu), H. C. Anderson (Marist), V. Kutia (H. 5.0.8.), G. Phillips (Old Boys), W. Aitken (Old Boys), captain, M. O'Brien (Marist), F. Twigg (Old Boys), R. Rogers (Celtic). Mr. H. Hunter has been appointed manager of the Poverty Bay team. The Bay of Plenty team will be selected "from the following.—H. Rayment, E. Donovan, R. Lees, G. Oswald, M. Lees, R.
