DIPLOMATIC BAG ’ COMPLAINT BY POLES (Reed. Aug. 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. 24. The Berlin correspondent of _ the Daily Express says that Polish diplomats allege that German police detained a Polish diplomatic bag yesterday and confiscated a parcel.

They claim that a Polish courier, en route to Poland, was arrested at Rawicz, on the frontier. Neither the courier nor the bag was released.
