KING TO HOLD COUNCIL
RETURN FROM SCOTLAND MEETING OF PARLIAMENT (Reed. Aug. 24, 12 noon) LONDON, Aug. 23. An official statement says that in view of the special meeting of Parliament, the King has decided to return to London from Balmoral and is arriving at 8 a.m. to-morrow. He is holding a privy council at the palace in the morning.
