INDIAN DEFENCE NEEDS
BOMBAY, July 6. Willi an unprotected frontier and seacoast there could be nothing worse for India than the defeat of Britain in a war, said Sir Sikander Hyat-Khan, Prime Minister of the Punjab, in a speech here on the world situation. Sir Sikander said he was speaking as a soldier who had closely studied the problems of Indian defence.
