GISBORNE LOSE AGAIN GAMES MORE EVEN (.Special to tins Herald.) WANGANUI, this day. The Gislbome High School suffered two, further defeats in the secondary schools hockey tournament, tout the two matches yesterday were more evenly contested than the earlier ones. Wellington College defeated Gisborne by seven goals to two, while Wairarapa College beat Gisborne by three goals to two. In the morning game, Gisborne held Wellington until the last quarter of an hour, when the heavy ground told on the light Gidborne iboys. Gisborne had ‘he better of the game against Wairarapa, tout were unable to finish off their movements. The ground was still heavy and rough yesterday, and stick work was impossible. All teams in the tournament are bigger and heavier than Gisborne.
