HABEAS CORPUS REQUEST
CASE OF FOUR CHINESE (British Oiliclal Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 22. The hearing regarding the summons for a writ of habeas corpus in the case of .the four Chinese at Tientsin, was adjourned until to-morrow after statements had been made by Sir Terence O'Connor for -the Foreign Secretary and Sir Walter Monckton for the applicants.
