An application for two camping sites on Kaiti Beach and for the lemoval of a two-roomed bach from one section to an adjoining one, was made to the Borough Council last night toy Messrs. G. R. Vaughan and L. C. Woodbury. The request was granted. At last night’s meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, Cr. H. H. DeCosta stated that the flag crossing in Fitzherbert street was in a dangerous condition. The inspection committee was asked to submit a report on it.
