COASTAL TRADE The Pakura cleared Gisborne at 4 p.m. yesterday for Lyttelton in order to load there on Thursday for Napier, VVaikokopu, Gisborne and the Coast. The vessel completes at Wellington on Saturday and returns to Gisborne next Tuesday. The Pukeko sailed from Auckland at 0.30 p.m. yesterday for Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The ship has cement from Portland, as well as general cargo from Auckland, and she discharges at this port to-morrow. From Napier the vessel returns to Auckland.

The Margaret W. left Auckland at 5.21) p.m. yesterday for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne. The ship arrives here to-morrow morning and sails in the evening for Auckland. The Wainui, from South Island ports, left Wellington at 3.35 p.m. yesterday and was expected to berth at Gisborne about 4 p.m. to-day. On completion of discharge and loading to-morrow the vessel proceeds to Napier, thence Bluff and other South Island ports, to load again for Gisborne and Napier.

HOMEWARD LOADINGS Gisborne Roadstead

Karamea (Shaw, Savill: agents, Dalgety and Company), left Auckland at 7.15 a.m. to-day for Gisborne and arrives in the roadstead here early to-morrow morning to continue loading, meat, butter and general cargo for London, Avonmoulh, Cardifi', Liverpool and Glasgow. The ship is expected to complete to-morrow night and sail for Wellington.

Maimoa (Shaw, Savill; agents, Common, Shelton and Company), from New Plymouth, loads meat and dairy produce at Gisborne September 13-14 for London and west coast ports of the United Kingdom. Leaves Auckland on September 21 for London, via Panama and Kingston. Tokomaru Bay Roadstead

Tongariro (New Zealand Shipping Company) leaves Wellington this morning for Tokomaru Bay. where she is due to-morrow morning to load meat and general cargo _ for London and west coast, ports of United Kingdom. From Tokomaru Bay the vessel proceeds to Auckland. CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA The Karitane leaves Newcastle today for Sydney to load general cargo on Thursday and Friday for Napier and Gisborne.
