SUICIDE BY COURIER
STATE PAPERS LOST (Reed. August 21, 9 a.m.) SOFIA, August 19. A Rumanian Legation courier, Capj tain Pavlitzu, committed suicide after the theft of Rumanian state papers, believed to be of great importance, which he left for a moment in a trunk aboard a taxi on his arrival ; from Bucharest.
