NAVY LEAGUE OFFICIALS DECISION OF BOARD (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A deputation from the Navy League waited on the Wellington Education Board to-day seeking admittance for that body to schools during school hours. At present the children can be addressed only after school hours. The board’s ultimate decision was to permit the entry of officials ol' the league before or after school hours or during the luncheon interval.
