SECONDLY: All those pieces of land situated at Paritu containing together 3548 acres 1 rood 2 perches more or less being part Lot 6 and Lot 7 Deposited Plan 1026 part Paritu Block, Section 1 Block XIII Paritu and Section 1 Block XVI Nuliaka North Survey District and also that portion of the Takararoa Block Number 5231 A shown on Deposited Plan 1760 (Hawke’s Bay Registry). Particulars and Conditions of Sale may be inspected at the Public Trust Office, Gisborne, or at the of lice of the auctioneers, Gisborne. The mortgagee’s application to sell and estimate of the value of the lands to be sold may be seen at the office of the said Registrar at all reasonable times prior to the sale or at the ollico of the auctioneer at the sale without payment of any fee. The area first described is heavy flat land in good order situated on main road approximately 15 miles from Gisborne and 10 miles from saleyards.
