SECONDLY: All those pieces of land situated at Paritu containing together 3548 acres 1 rood 2 perches more or less being part Lot 6 and Lot 7 Deposited Plan 1026 part Paritu Block, Section 1 Block XIII Paritu and Section 1 Block XVI Nuliaka North Survey District and also that portion of the Takararoa Block Number 5231 A shown on Deposited Plan 1760 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).
