The Shanghai correspondent of The Times says that the Municipal Council has announced 1 that no more Jewish refugees will be allowed' to land after the arrival of 500 now on the high seas because Shanghai has done more than its share. The French Concession has announced a similar ban. There are 18,000 Jewish refugees already in Shanghai and 5000 are expected before the end of the year.
