GURKHA RIFLES COLONEL (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.50 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 14. The King has approved of the appointment of Lieutenant-Colonel B. R. Mullaly, of the Gurkha Rifles, to succeed Major-General F. S. G. Piggot as military attache to the British Embassy ait Tokio in October.
