FUTURE OF PEACE (Reed. August 15, 10 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, August 14. The Swedish Foreign Minister, M. Sandler, speaking at the celebraMons of the centennial of Scandinavian peace, said it seemed doubtful whether the forces of peace would be victorious, but war wornd solve nothing. “Lasting peace cannot be dictated at the point Of .the sword,” he said.
