Workers at the Bureau of Vital Statistics usually take in their stride extraordinary names on birth certificates. They did not bat an .eye when “Max” and "Climax” joined “Radio” and “Radiola” as registrations for twins. But they were a little startled yesterday when “Hallowed be Thy Name” sought official recognition.
