DEBT TO REFUGEE
GERMAN CAPITAL SEIZED
FRENCH COURT APPROVES
(Reed. August 14, 2.20 p.m.) PARIS, August 13.
The French Appeal Court has ruled that the German law forbidding the export of capital from Germany is contrary to pulic order and inapplicable to France.
The decision upheld the seizure of German capital in France to pay a German company’s debt to a refugee doctor.
