RUMANIAN DERAILMENT
FAILURE OF BRAKES
(Reed. Aug. 14, 2.50 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Aug. 13,
Fifteen persons were killed and 43 were injured In the derailment of two passenger carriages at Petroaia, 50 miles from Bucharest.
The failure of the main brakes is blamed for the disaster.
