LOOTING AND SNIPING

REAPPEARANCE OF FAKIR

(Rccd. Aug. 12. 10.15 a.m.) SIMLA. Aug. 11

The Fakir of Ipi has reappeared in North Wazirisian, where shops have been looted, roads mined and telephone and telegraph wires cut. There has been extensive raiding and sniping.
