COLLECTING STAMPS
LONDON, July 1. Stamp collecting, the schoolboy hobby, can cure men and women of nerviness, sleeplessness, and worry said doctor-collectors who attended the twenty-sixth congress of philatelists at Southport, Lancashire. Dr. J. T. Musson, of Liverpool, said: “A stamp collector will never suffer from anxiety-neurosis because he has this absorbing hobby to keep away worries.” And Mr. P. L. Pemberton, London dealer, said: “I know several people whose doctors advised them to collect stamps because they were ill."
