The .Financial News says it is reported that 'Germany and South Africa are negotiating a new payments • agreement involving German purchases from the Union of £10,000,(100 worth of produce with a corresponding increase in the South African purchases from Germany. it is believed that this will give Germany a monopoly of South African wool, of which she already is the largest, consumer. •
