£30,000 FOR WOMAN
LONDON, July G. Under a settlement by consent oi the Duckett will case announced in the Dublin High Court. 'Mrs. Olivo O'Orady, of Uckfickl, Sussex, is to receive £30,000. A 1929 v/ill of her mother, Mrs. Georgina Duckett, of Raglan road, Dublin, was admitted to probate, Mrs. O’Grady withdrawing her opposition to it. At the last hearing the jury found against Mrs. Duckett’,s will of 1934' by which she •'left her estate oi £IOO,OOO to various Protestant charities.
