CALCUTTA, July 5. The United Provinces Government is determined to .put an end to the corruption that is rampant in the public services there. In future every Government servant, when first appointed, is to give a full list of all immovable property .belonging to him and his family. Government servants must make full and 'prompt payment for all articles purchased by them. All free travelling by Government servants in vehicles is to cease. All appointments will, be made by the heads of departments personally. No Government servant is to accept gifts of any kind;
